Property is a good no frills budget hotel. There is no breakfast but kitchen service for Lunch and Dinner is Okay. Location is v near to Shakespeare sarani, Kala Mandir.So, recommended for budget stay at a centralised location. However, Policy of Fab Hotels is v. Bad once you have checked in at the property if you want to check out earlier than the no. Of days booked then there is no refund. The property manager helped me out in this regard. I would advise to book the property Directly so that you can have flexibility on your stay. Do not book with Fab , I repeat Do not book with Fab if your plan of stay might change & you need to Check out Earlier.

Don't be fooled with the look of the images shared by the hotel or while booking. Nothing in this hotel was good. The bedsheets were dirty with patches around, the towels were dirty, AC water was leaking and neither the room was clean. There are mug better options in park circus so please don't waste your money here.

Perfect in every way... The rooms were quite large and roomy. The food was very affordable and delicious. We welcomed some visitors for business purposes as well, and nobody complained. I will gladly choose this hotel in the future.

Rooms are good but blankets are not hygiene and bathrooms are good and they haven't provided proper amenities and it's better to carry our own towel and air conditioning is better. Staff members responding instantly if we need any assistance but they need to improve the quality of stay.

This hotel is the exact thing what a customer wants in budget. Good Service..Good Managers and receptionist. Everything in this property is very good. Please consider this hotel if you want a good stay in budget.

Location was ok, but the staffs were really polite and humble. Showed good hospitality. Good for economic point of view. Room clean with white bed sheets. All over good, i had good experience.

Reviews on booking sites seem manipulated. The rooms were unclean, the washrooms were smelly and the bedsheets, pillows and duvets were musty and dirty. The location is relatively close to Park Street and is surrounded by halal restaurants, which are the only plus points. Overall, its an okay place to stay on a budget.

Zero professionalism and made us book with false information on early checkin and late check out. On reaching the property there was no such thing. Total waste of money. On the other hand on check out they started calling half n hr before. But made a checkin 30 mins late. Forget the early checkin. Beware and keep all terms in writing coz they will flip as per their convenience.
